Hi, I Am Mike!
I am an InterNACHI® Certified Home Inspector, qualified to perform thorough inspections in West Covina, California, and all surrounding areas in Southern California. With decades of hands-on experience in construction and home building, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every inspection.
My background includes graduating from a Building Technical School in 1978, working as an architectural draftsman in 1983, and becoming a licensed general contractor in 1993 after completing Avis’s Contractor School. Over the years, I’ve built more than 35 homes in Central California, worked with Century 21 for over 15 years as a builder and contractor, and spent six years as a cabinet maker specializing in kitchen remodeling. This depth of experience allows me to spot issues that others may overlook.
